Packing and loading are very import to ensure the safety of your kitchen countertop and vanity tops. We always pay much attention on these works to avoid any damages during the long way transportation.
COUNTERTOP AND VANITY TOP PACKING
Kitchen countertops and bathroom vanity tops packing are much different with slabs and tiles packing. Because of different sizes, undermount sink cut outfinished, edges finished etc, we must use different way to pack them.
1). Prefab countertop packing
Prefab countertops are with standard width of 26”, 36”etc, and length from 96” to 110” etc. Edges are always prefab with one long one short or one long two short edges eased, bullnosed or ogee etc. They are without sink cut out, so it would be more safety for packing.
For the prefab tops upon 36” width, the packing is also different. More wood planks would be used on crates. And also, angle iron would be used on the corner of crates to ensure they would not be out of shape during the long way transportation.
2). For prefab vanity tops, different customers would choose different way for packing. Some customers would also choose standard sea worthy wood crates.
Some customers would choose foam and carton package with ceramic sink together. This kind of package is always for supper market selling. End customers can buy from local supper market, and install directly by themselves. It is an easy work.
3). Custom countertops and vanity tops packing for projects
For projects, we always pack unit by unit, so that when tops goes to the job site, it would be more convenient for installing. Labels or marks would be on tops.
COUNTERTOP AND VANITY TOP LOADING
Whether the crates can be stacked and how to better fit wood crates into container etc, our experienced staff would always follow the container loading for each container.More wood planks would be nailed onto crates to ensure they would not move during transportation.
